At Good Karmal, each batch of our gourmet caramel is handcrafted and wrapped in a little extra inspiration. Because our caramels are perishable and made in small batches to ensure freshness, we are unable to accept returns.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
We take great pride in the quality of our caramels and the condition in which they arrive. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please let us know as soon as possible.
To help us make it right, email us at info@goodkarmal.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’re happy to offer a replacement or reshipment if the issue falls within our quality standards.
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis and can be processed as a store credit or refunded to your original form of payment within 7–10 days.
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to process claims submitted without timely notification or sufficient documentation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition, please double-check all shipping details at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipment fee will apply based on current carrier rates.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Missing apartment, suite, or company details (when necessary for delivery)

Recipients out-of-town or unavailable to receive the package
We strongly encourage customers to double-check their shipping details for accuracy, as we are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier reroutes your order due to an incorrect address. Due to the extended transit time of returned shipments, products may no longer be suitable for re-shipment. In such cases, any new replacement order will be at the customer’s expense.
