We are seeking a full-time Creative Production Coordinator to join our team who will actively and passionately contribute in an entrepreneurial work environment.

This position entails packaging both website and corporate orders with a high attention to detail and aesthetic eye. This is not a food manufacturing job; it involves packaging caramels cooked at a different facility into our variety of gifts. Additionally, there is significant areas of growth for candidates who have skills in marketing, photography, video production, graphic design, and social media.

Our offices are conveniently located in Bozeman near the MSU campus. People who love this job tend to be crafty with their hands, detail-oriented, organized, focused in a fast-paced environment, dependable, kind and considerate of others. We generally work Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in start and end times. Understanding that each person is different, we try to offer the opportunity for full-time hours that can align with your needs.

During our slower season in the summer months, employees can opt to work fewer hours each day as the order volume allows, or can maintain a full-time schedule if desired. The rest of the year, employees are expected to work 30-40 hours per week. Because this position requires a significant amount of training, we ask for a one-year commitment if hired. Employees generally stay much longer.

Starting pay is $22/hour.
